  The staff is amazing, always willing to help in any way. Very flexible if you need to modify the rental. Always a pleasure to rent from them!!

  Made a reservation about a week ago and was told they would have the car I wanted, I get there today and they try to give me a smaller car. They then told me that they didn't have any other cars available because it's spring break. Absolute bullshit, I had a reservation but they didn't have the car I reserved

  Two reservations cancelled because of unavailability afer the fact. Region rep never returned call as I was promised. Then, I call the day vehicles are available only to find out that 5 vehicles were shipped to other offices and my latest reservation was canceled. Thanks for nothing-
