  I don’t tend to leave reviews but Drivers be very careful. The parking lot is full of huge potholes and covered in water. They are in main areas where we have to walk. I was on my way into the store to get a shower and there was water all over the place so I had to walk through it, well I sunk completely down due to a pothole. When I went in I was greeted with the normal “welcome in” I said if you have huge potholes where people have to walk you should really put cones or something up because someone is going to get hurt. The guy looked at me and seen I was soaked up to my knees, his mouth dropped. However not one person apologized, asked if I was okay, or even did anything about it. I’m more worried about other people getting hurt and preventing it. On the way out a driver was walking I front of me and had to hurry up and stop, there was an empty pothole you didn’t realize it was there till you were right up on it. It was very deep also. Just want to warn everyone. To say I am disappointed in the lack of doing anything about this is an understatement.

  Presently Gas is higher than some of the Illinois gas stations. I've noticed they jump prices every time weather goes bad and every holydays

  I had seen this location was under staffed which isn't a big deal. I had come in to take a shower and I had waited for almost an hour to get my shower. Nobody was cleaning the showers, because the person in charge of cleaning them was outside cleaning up the ice in the parking lot. The older grey haired male cashier behind the counter seen I was getting a little irritated waiting, so he ended up helping speed things up for the person in charge of cleaning the showers. About 5 minutes had passed by after the cashier started helping when the person in charge walked in with an additude saying " you want me outside and you want me inside." I said to myself "well it's part of your job." I'm not saying anything went wrong because the older grey haired person seen that the other guy was getting frustrated and helped him with a smile on his face. Aside from waiting the full hour for my shower, everything went smoothly. Thats why I'm giving you a 4 star review (⁠•⁠‿⁠•⁠)
