On two separate occasions I have arrived to pick up a rental vehicle for them to tell me upon arrival they do not have the vehicle that I booked. Not once but twice they waited until I drove all to their store so tell me they could not deliver once promised car I had booked. On the second rental I received a phone call stating they did not have the pick up I rented and they would need to move me into a full size suv which I agreeeded the full size suv would be sufficient size wise. When I showed up the day of the rental, I was informed they did not have the pick up truck or the full size suv I agreed to and that try only option is a sedan. Enterprise has left me scrambling the day of my departure on two seperate occasion. Save your time and book through turo or hertz.

This is the 3 time I’ve rented a vehicle on the website only to be notified the day before to be told either they don’t carry that vehicle or they can’t guarantee it’ll be in. Waiting until the day before a person is to pick up a vehicle is a terrible business practice especially when you know said location doesn’t carry the vehicle rented. I’ve contacted corporate but I assume they are run about the same as each individual company. Don’t wait to learn the hard way like I did. Go with hurtz or get the bus ticket. At this point I’d try to buy a new care from a dealership before renting from them again.
