  Enterprise in Nile’s,MI gave me a great experience. They were very friendly and respectful the whole time I had the rental.

  Where do I begin? If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I prescheduled my about 14 days in advance. On arrival, they stated they had no vehicles available and that they all needed to be cleaned. When pushed, they offered me one vehicle that they magically had for an additional $0.25/day. I reluctantly agreed, paid a $50 deposit plus the additional taxes and fees for the full 14 day rental. The vehicle provided was dirty and only had a half tank of fuel. Two days after picking the vehicle up, the oil change indicator light came on. Within 24 hrs a female called me and told me I need to take it to a local garage for an oil change. She did not offer to swap vehicles, do it themselves, or reimburse me for my time or hassle. I thought this was super weird, so I called corporate for clarification and I never heard another word from anyone and proceeded to drive the vehicle. Then when returning the vehicle, they over charged taxes and fees for extra days, despite my prepayment for the first 14 days. The female at the counter cannot do math. She only gave me a half hearted refund after I coached her through the math and pointed out her mistakes. Additionally the entire building smells like a marijuana farm. Lastly, I will add that the corporate photos in this Google listing are definitely not this rats nest location. Buyer beware. Go somewhere else.

  Niles Enterprise is always my go to for car rentals!! They are friendly, courteous and go above and beyond when I need them to.
