I had went in the store not once but twice last week too return some things and they told me they could not do anything about it that basically I was having too take a loss because I used tap to pay and I had shattered my phone so I no longer had access too my card. So you’re telling me even with me having a recipe in hand they still couldn’t do anything???crazy to me. I will never go there again!!!! The retail return price was over $350. Of course I wasn’t just going too let it go because that’s a lot of money. So I had too take it too another auto zone in south bend and they were great I give them a 10/10. Do better Plymouth because you just lost a really good customer !!

It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, but Matt definitely does. Because of him, my experience at AutoZone was quick, easy, and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for Matt if you need help!
