I don't ever use synthetic but the past two times that's been my only choice. They won't grant the standard oil price so even with a discount it's still more than a standard oil change with a coupon. It pisses me off! So last week, I took my van to Jiffy Lube and was totally happy!

Have been to other valvolines and received excellent service. This one was very disappointing and I will not be a customer there again. First and last visit.

I asked what he could do for me. He said if I had a coupon, he could give me 20% off synthetic. The coupon is for 20% off no matter what. If I didn't have a coupon, too bad. Is this a scam all Valvoline shops are engaged in, or just this one? I've filed a complaint along with documentation to the Indiana Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. And you have lost a costumer forever. This happened Sept 25 at the store at 2388 East Main St Plainfield IN.
