- LRLyla RoeNov 9, 20254.0I would give 5 stars but I specifically asked if I would get a free alignment check but apparently they didn't do it . It said on the receipt that I declined it. But I didn't. Don't even try to book anything through the website, it doesn't work right. I would pick the tires I wanted then trying to book an appointment it would just set with the confirm button spinning I even kept it going for 10 minutes then it would come on and ask if I wanted to shop for tires ?! It was super frustrating, I started all over again, I did that several times hoping it would finally work . Because I did schedule online before with no problem. It was late at night when I tried to schedule it , so I couldn't call the store so I called customer service. They called me right back 1st thing Saturday morning. I do love their mechanics and customer service reps. They are usually so professional and respectful. They usually have the best prices and deals on tires in my area. I wish they were closer to where I live , I would use it a lot if it was.

I could tell Belle actually did the job and my vehicle is running more smoothly and not bouncing around. The guys at the front desk are really nice and informative. Love the waiting room, love that they take the vehicle around to the garage for you and also remove the paper mats when they return your vehicle to parking. Good place, will return.

Called after a really negative experience at the 136 Belle Tire across from Kroger where "Mike" ignored my appointment and said "it's not getting done today and whoever made the appointment shouldn't have because we only have 1 tire tech and there are 14 ahead of you" I called Plainfield and Connor was friendly, courteous, apologized for my prior experience and told me to swing on by. I wholeheartedly appreciated it.
