My nearly 2 year old battery was not holding a charge. It was replaced for free since it was still under warranty (I wouldn’t have remembered). But it’s the employees I want to give a shoutout to. Thank you so much for taking care and caring. Hopefully I won’t have a lot of reasons to shop there, but when I do, I will.

When we did not have the correct tools to remove the battery, they provided us what tools we could borrow and return for no charge Pendleton. Autozone was in Indiana was awesome.

I have 7 commercial semi trucks . Most of basic and regular things needed for my personal cars and semi trucks only came to this location . But today 10/8/2025 time 3:30 pm . Their was a young lady . I came here to order a oil filter for my car. I requested her to make sure my car model very nicely , she got aggressive and made her face full of attitude with making her different face expression. Computer Screen was on my side to see the oil filter after all this she returned the screen to herself very aggressively . My attention was to make sure with model is only that I dont want to come back and change it . When I ask her why she is so getting aggressive? Did I ask something really bad ? But she didnt even care . I dont understand what actually happened. But one thing I make sure will never go this location in my life . Its better to go O'Reilly just next to them .
