  First time bringing my BMW here for an oil change. Courtesy the moment you walk in, very thorough with explanations of their findings, and receptive to my concerns. They seemed very reasonable with their prices, especially compared to dealerships in the Indy area. The best part? Free cookies from Rosie’s Place cafe at pickup! You truly have no idea how much I appreciated the customer service in today’s world, from start to finish. First class. A+ for Reggie’s!

  Very thorough! Customer service is also very good! I have a Porsche Boxster and a Mercedes GLE 63S AMG. They service both vehicles. They email and text you regarding your vehicle which I can appreciate since I run a business and sometimes texting is more convenient. They quoted me a price and even though labor took longer they gave me a discount to honor the previous price I was quoted! Happy I found a new shop!

  Excellent service from a locally owned business at a fair price. I took my Volvo SUV there for regular maintenance service after the factory scheduled maintenance expired and saved a lot compared with the dealer quote. The shop was clean and the team members seemed honest, helpful, and professional. I was able to get scheduled within a reasonable time, am glad I tried them, and will be back! The shop seemed busy with a lot of other nice vehicles there and I can tell many others also trust their work.

  Had an issue that I couldn’t figure out on my own. After calling to make an appointment, which was simple and easy to do. We dropped the car off during business hours and the staff were VERY friendly, nice, respective and I never felt like a burden. They called, emailed and texted their finding along with a detailed report, including pictures! Was given options on how to resolve the issue and was never once was pressured into going with the higher option. Work was completed, issue resolved and when picking up the keys and paying the bill everyone was friendly and talkative. What topped off the experience was the cookies they gave me!!! Reggies has earned my business, and will 100% go back for all my needs. Topnotch business!!!
