- SCSharla CargninoApr 14, 20263.0We reserved a minivan months ahead of our scheduled pick up date. The day of pickup we received a call saying that they could not accommodate our request. There was no effort made to rectify the situation. I tried to call prior to pick up and could not get through to an attendant. Upon arrival we were offered a vehicle much smaller than a minivan. We had to accept it because that was our only option. We were uncomfortable the entire trip. It was disappointing because we ALWAYS rent from Enterprise and the attendant acted like it was no big deal. We wouldn’t have rented a minivan to begin with if that wasn’t what we needed for our trip. Very disappointing.
