We wanted to double check the work we had done at another tire discounter and she was honest and upfront explained things clearly and was patient. I also observed that she was patient with all of her employees! When I mentioned the specific tires I wanted, their quote was over $500 higher than the one I received from Discount Tire — even after I showed the competing quote. I asked if they could match the price, and after checking with someone, I was told they could only offer an additional $100 off, claiming their price included a “free” alignment and oil change. Realistically, no one in the city charges $400 for those services. The customer service experience was very disappointing, and I will not be returning. I do not recommend purchasing or servicing your vehicle here — there are much better options elsewhere.
