We went here after a TERRIBLE experience at another Tire Discounter. Jamie the store manager is AMAZING!!! We wanted to double check the work we had done at another tire discounter and she was honest and upfront explained things clearly and was patient. I also observed that she was patient with all of her employees! This experience saved our view of tire discounter and made us stay with this brand for our car and tire rotation and work etc.
Greta leadership and communication.

I stopped in today because two of my tires had screws in them in non-repairable locations. My extended warranty company instructed me to have a tire shop contact them for repair approval and reimbursement. However, the person I spoke with gave multiple excuses for why he couldn’t make the call that day.
When I mentioned the specific tires I wanted, their quote was over $500 higher than the one I received from Discount Tire — even after I showed the competing quote. I asked if they could match the price, and after checking with someone, I was told they could only offer an additional $100 off, claiming their price included a “free” alignment and oil change. Realistically, no one in the city charges $400 for those services.
The customer service experience was very disappointing, and I will not be returning. I do not recommend purchasing or servicing your vehicle here — there are much better options elsewhere.

I had an appointment for an inspection and and oil change for my new vehicle at 2pm. They did not pull my car in the garage until closer to 3pm and did not tell me the results of the inspection other than I needed tires. I heard good things about this location and was pretty disappointed.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
