When I first started going to this mechanic, I had good experiences, which is why this recent situation was so disappointing. I brought my car in on two separate occasions because I was concerned about a leak, I was told the vehicle was “bone dry” and that nothing was leaking. When I came to pick up my car after the last visit, the check engine light came on right away. Because of that, I decided to take my car to a different mechanic. They quickly discovered that one of my transmission cooler lines had actually been leaking for quite some time. I was really upset to learn this, especially since I had already brought my car in twice for the exact same concern and the issue was never caught. I understand that not every problem is obvious, but when a customer repeatedly comes in with the same issue, I would expect a more thorough inspection. This experience unfortunately made me lose confidence in their diagnostic process.

In late 2025 I bought a used 2014 Ford Edge-Limited V6 through Carvana. After getting it checked over I discovered it needed a lot of work. I first took it to my local Ford dealership and asked them to check the car out and fix what needed fixing, the end result was very unsatisfactory leading to losing trust in their mechanics. I next took my Edge to a Christian Brothers auto shop in my area with the hopes of finding a trustworthy replacement for the Ford dealership. Strike Two!!! they tried to replace a part that Ford had already done . Bottom line , they tried to rip me off!!! I caught it and confronted their management. They won't get any more business from me. Moving forward to February 2026-My car started to experience front end suspension noises, AGAIN! (Ford fixed it-so I thought). I needed to find another shop that won't rip off the customer. Reputation is key! My search commenced and I found a local shop near me called "The Noble Mechanic" - (Reputation is key) I made an appointment and was assigned to service adviser Andrew. I told him my story and asked to have my car totally diagnosed and checked over again. I needed peace of mind on all previous work that was supposedly done that I was charged for. I stressed that I'm looking for a new shop to bring my family's business to. I received my car health report and was informed that the Ford dealership used NON-OEM third party parts when they repaired my front suspension. These were bad parts that didn't fit correctly and were failing. Adviser Andrew then provided options for me to consider and suggested the correct OEM equivalents over original OEM to save me $$. Overall, Their total car check and diagnosis is very detailed with pictures and the communication walkthrough is done with patience and clarity not rudeness and short answers. Although, I would like to see their labor rate charge of ($137.43 hr.) fully disclosed on invoices/bills (Had to ask Andrew for it) may be higher than other shops, but please consider this, you WANT a shop who employs highly trained and experienced mechanics who love cars and will NOT cut corners when repairing it. Reputation is key!!! Reviews count!! Thank you Andrew and your great team of mechanics for their work. The Noble Mechanic has earned our business going forward.

Very nice, patient staff. Car runs just great now! Best it has in months. I was unable to get a ride to pick up my car when it was finished, so they offer to deliver it to my door...and DID!!!

I had been looking for a service shop that could walnut blast the intake valves on my 2017 Ford Focus RS. After some calling around I ended up talking to the guys at The Noble Mechanic. The job was done correctly and quickly(considering how long walnut blasting can take). The service was great, even going to and from with being 45 minutes away. I'd recommend The Noble Mechanic to anyone from basic service to specialized jobs.
