- DTDawn TottenJan 6, 20265.0The Noble Mechanic (noblesville) is absolutely amazing! These guys had my car for 3 mo due to dealing with my warranty company. I was given a loaner car for the entire duration. That in itself saved me a ton of Money! They put in a new transmission, transfer case and rear differential. Drove my car around for a few days and found that the front differential was going bad as well, so they contacted my warranty company and got that replaced as well. Every single person that I talked to in person or on the phone was super polite and courteous. I never felt for a moment that because I am a woman that I was being taken advantage of. I will (and have been) continue to recommend this place to anyone needing their care repaired! Highly recommend!!!!!

- AMADAM MURRAYDec 7, 20254.0I gave them a 18yr old vehicle (Jeep) with some typical issues to possibly give me some answers and also to get routine oil change and top off tires. I use this vehicle just to get me to and from work. Nothing more or less. First off, they charged me over $100 FOR AN OIL CHANGE! I didn’t really mind because this jeep only gets an oil change every 8-9 months (right or wrong/better or worse). What bothers me is it was a drop off service but it got lost in the shuffle because someone took time off and so I didn’t get a call that it was finished. Also they didn’t adjust tire pressure even after I explained what pressure I wanted them set to if/when they checked them. What really makes my blood boil is they didn’t even reset the alert on the gauge cluster that it requires an oil change. My suggestion: GET REAL and DO BETTER! Sincerely Adam UPDATE: A representative from Noble Mechanic (Tom) reached out and was very genuine both in his apology and how he would coach the team to minimize these type of issues. He also was great at listening to my experience and not trying to defend and explain away reasons with empty excuses. He asked me how he could resolve the issues and “win” back my business. I WILL DEFINITELY GIVE THEM A 2nd CHANCE!

The experience from beginning to end felt like what going to the mechanic should feel like, not like what I’m used to. The team was helpful, sincere, thorough, patient, and professional - all the while being considerate of the needs of my vehicle and not trying to “sell” or push ideas on to me that felt disingenuous. It felt like a family run business with people that care about their long term reputation and attention to professionalism. They called me once they were done and sent me a text link to review their recommendations in real time, complete with pictures and analysis, walking me through patiently and intently. When I picked up my car, I was thanked and given a road snack (little bag of trail mix) which I thought was a simple but really nice touch. If you need a mechanic, you found yours!
