Reggie’s is the best shop that I have experienced. Very thorough, they take the time to assess the issue, explain the problem and the costs, and they take the time to test drive after repair to ensure highest quality was achieved .

We had a great experience at Reggie’s following a frustrating situation with a vehicle we had recently purchased. Communication was phenomenal (Mike was our POC), service was excellent, and post-service follow up (which is a lost art) was great. Did everything go perfectly during repairs? Of course not. But when issues or delays occurred, I was notified immediately, explained the reason, and given new expected time frames (which were consistently met). I'm grateful for the service and the team who worked on getting us back on the road. Since we own a Land Rover, I'm positive I'll need the shop again and am confident I'll be in good hands. 🙌🏼

I took my 2017 mini Cooper clubman S Jon Cooper works all wheel drive Reggie’s is a Plan B after Euro Motorworks Was charging me too much work for what needed to be done. Reggie’s communicated way better about the work that was needed, and the price proved to be way better. Timely and smooth work; trustworthy—they Talk like they know what they’re talking about, and don’t treat you like a sucker!

Definitely stay away from this place. Took our Land Rover in for a water leak issue we believed to be with the drains. Reggies never even looked at where the sunroof drain outlets are located, but wanted to charge thousands of dollars to pull away all the carpet and search. They claim to be the guys to work on your European vehicles, guess they are used to idiots with no common sense and big bank accounts. I didn't even spend 30 minutes to figure out the problem that wasn't even inside the car. Stay away or open up your wallet

Outstanding Customer Service I want to applaud Reggie’s Motors and especially their Service Advisor, Mike Garrison. My 2010 BMW X3i wouldn’t start, apparently from a complicated and infamous problem with that vehicle. I’m 75 and not versed in that level of car problems. Mike walked me through the problem: their initial diagnostics suggested it was the starter motor, but they couldn’t be assured that was the only problem until that was replaced. Fortunately, that solved the no-start issue. They even did a complete diagnostic evaluation of the vehicle and printed out some future recommend repairs - Mike also walked me though each issue. This was not an inexpensive repair, but Mike detailed the complicated mechanical procedure to replace the starter and even honored my Military Service with a slight discount on the total invoice. I would highly recommend Reggie’s Motors for their mechanical service and Customer Service.
