My first stop was the Volvo dealership, but their prices were higher than I was comfortable with. I called another shop, but they wouldn’t allow me to install my own air filters and even said they wouldn’t clear the maintenance code if I did—just to avoid saving a couple hundred dollars. Then I found Reggie’s. I told them exactly what I needed, they gave me a straightforward quote, and the price was more than fair. After the service, there was a small mix-up where my wiper blades were replaced by accident due to confusion with another Volvo in the shop. Instead of charging me for the service I didn’t ask for, they gave me the new blades at no cost. Top-tier honesty, fair pricing, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
