- JSjason shadoanJan 6, 20261.0According to “company policy” although you purchase 4 tires and had to instal 1 tire myself and bring car back for the other 3 on same day . The technicians believe it’s morally okay to torque 3 out of 4 tires because he did not put the rim on car after knowing (customer) me , informed them this is what needed to happen to get the car to them . Now if I’m wrong I will own it ! But per manager “ It is company policy to not torque lugs down on a tire if you didn’t touch it “ can corporate back this claim up? Also if this is correct and you allow customers to get in a car that left your shop without checking all tires is wild. 1- service was performed on that tire . 2 - if this is policy , CSA should inform customer that such policy applies and customer should be made aware that a 4th tire was not Torqued. 3- if this is not the policy , then for safety reasons for everyone in the future - re train staff accordingly .

- TBTracey ButlerDec 1, 20251.0I guess business is so great at belletire they can turn a potential customer away i had a nail in my tire not knowing this is a free service I returned for the second time to see if I could get my tire plug i was told they were to busy I even came back and asked if I could set an appointment for tomorrow I was informed because this is a free service I couldn't schedule an appointment. I would never refer or use belle tire for any service
