  Such an odd experience. I showed up for an appointment to spend over $1,000 on my tires. I apologized to the 26 year old tattoo faced lady at the counter for being 8 minutes late. Her response was, umm actually you're a week late, I said no I'm not, she said actually 2 weeks. I replied and said I made the appointment two weeks ago and I had a screenshot on my phone of my appointment for that very day. She said, whatever, I need your keys. I was annoyed but let it go. I go to check out and pay with the same lady...my information is on the pad and I said does it matter that it says 2019 and my truck is a 2018, she said, no its not...it's a 2019...I said it is not, not according to my title, the dealership and my registration and then just ended it with I'm not going to argue with you...I tried to end it joking and said can we at least agree that my appointment was for today and she was still just rude. Why do you have her dealing with customers??? Such a crappy experience.

  This location is a TON better at customer service than the one other Belle location i have been to (castleton 😐). In particular, Todd was very helpful over the phone and super kind and got me in and out in no time! Will be returning back to this location if i need another service!!

  Todd, the manager did an excellent job. He went above and beyond and I highly recommend going here. I know I will be back. The texts were super helpful too because he had to walk me back and show me something on my car but unfortunately, I didn’t get their names. Very professional, well run business.

  PLEASE BEAWARE OF BELLE TIRE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOUR CAR IN THE SAME CONDITION IT CAME IN TERRIBLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF OF YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY. Todd Hemman the sales manager stated he will not refund any money back after they didn't fix the air conditioner properly. David Hensely the salesman stated it was a rock put a hole in the condenser that was the only issue in the beginning. Ashley Scheg gurantee that it will be fix The salesman David never stated or explained that there could be other issues with the air condtioner after they fix the condenser or there are steps to making sure the air conditioner is fix properly like putting dye to find a leak. They assure my husband the only issue with the air conditioner was the condenser that is why he agreed to pay $748 to get it fix due to what they told him. For that amount of money we would have think after fixing the condenser they will automatically pour dye right after to make sure the condenser hole is fix properly or no other holes was leaking. If they would have did the dye first they would have found the hole in a hose instead of just assuring the only issue was the condenser. If we would have been explain that even after fixing the condenser we still might have issues with the air. We would have never decided to pay that much to get the air fix in a 2010 FORD FOCUS because now after taking it back twice using uber cost more money paid out our pocket. First time taking it back they pour dye in it saying it is a hole in the hose they said it might take weeks or months before it leak out to bring it back then they will be able to find the hole in the hose with the blue dye they will get it fix they again assured my husband. The dye leaked out the next day this was second time taking it back again using uber. Then the manager call stated we found the hole that job takes 7 hours we will not be able to do that work. Smh We are very disappointed if they would have explain everything correctly in the beginning that it can be more to fixing the air conditioner then just the condenser that it could cost us more if they find a hole in a hose we will have never paid all that money just to be back at square one with no air just took our money and left us hanging in this heat. My husband did call corporate because this is not acceptable and right to do people like this. They also never sent a survey because they know this not right took our money like that THEY JUST WANTED THE MONEY SCAMMERS PLEASE BEWARE DON'T TRUST THEIR WORD AND ASSURANCE THEY WILL GIVE YOU TERRIBLE
