Amazing customer service from John today. My battery was shot, and the rusted and stripped screws / nuts got the best of me when I tried to swap in the new.
John spent over an hour, and used about every tool they had to get my old screws out, sell me a terminal to replace the bad one, and get me on the road again.
Unheard of customer service here in 2025, thank you John!

Loretta is so incredibly kind and helpful!!! We had lost the receipt on a rental tool, and she took the time to go through the transaction history on the register to find when we had rented, and got us a full refund! Thank you so much!!

Every time I go in there for a part it’s missing, alternators hub bearing brake pads for my f150, every time I go in there Loretta says it’s all missing, but your the store manager how is thousands of dollars always missing?? 2 of your best employees just left and no one there seems to know anything about cars other what they guess. These people need checked no reason there should be missing parts every time I come in and the store manager never seems to know what’s going on or how to do the job correctly. It’s no wonder you guys can’t keep people and everyone always has a negative attitude and leaves. Best person to deal with there is Ethan because he actually works on cars some what from what he says. This store sucks. So does management. This store needs and overhaul and corrective inventory. There’s no reason your missing parts and batteries and have to tell me to come back Thursday for some parts. Like you guys don’t want money? I love Autozone but not this store or these people or how they run it. They have corporate next door and they’re still just messing around.
