  It's a little comical to me that the marketing is focused around free air and the place is so poorly managed that the machine is broken. Im also going to guess they dont even know that its broken. Just a guess though.

  GO TO MEINEKE! Called to see if they could fix my break pads someone else messed up. Brought it in for them to tell me they couldn’t work on it because liability issue, I told them when I called to set up the appointment. (This was also after having my car from open to close) Brought it to MEINEKE and they gave me a complimentary inspection, explained what happened as well as fixed everything for WAY CHEAPER. Will never go to Belle ever again.

  I visited the store because I had a screw in my tire. They took my vehicle immediately and there was no wait time. They fixed it in less than 15 min and had the car ready. Because it was minor thing to fix, they didn’t ask for any money. It was free, and I have never done business with them before. I was amazed. The guys were good people.

  I usually don’t leave reviews but this store deserves one! I limped into their parking lot with a flat tire I got from road debris. They took care of my emergent situation and had me up and running within 2 hours. Keep in mind I had no appointment and they served me well!

  According to “company policy” although you purchase 4 tires and had to instal 1 tire myself and bring car back for the other 3 on same day . The technicians believe it’s morally okay to torque 3 out of 4 tires because he did not put the rim on car after knowing (customer) me , informed them this is what needed to happen to get the car to them . Now if I’m wrong I will own it ! But per manager “ It is company policy to not torque lugs down on a tire if you didn’t touch it “ can corporate back this claim up? Also if this is correct and you allow customers to get in a car that left your shop without checking all tires is wild. 1- service was performed on that tire . 2 - if this is policy , CSA should inform customer that such policy applies and customer should be made aware that a 4th tire was not Torqued. 3- if this is not the policy , then for safety reasons for everyone in the future - re train staff accordingly .
