  I had a great experience at this Valvoline location. They replaced my cabin and engine air filters, changed my oil, and filled my wiper fluid with antifreeze. The service was smooth, fast, and I was well informed throughout the entire process. They also applied a coupon, giving me $20 off, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would definitely come back.

  didn’t have any sort of reservation, pulled in and was greeted by the regional manager, super kind and Informational I then spoke to the general manager, Justin, who Provided excellent service along with Messiah who is a technician. amazing job you guys 10 out of 10 ! highly recommend

  I was overcharged for the service and my tires were under-inflated. I called ahead about pricing if I brought my own oil and filter. The agent on the phone quoted $29.99 but I was charged $49.99. I asked for a refund but was told a manager had to sign off. There was no manager on duty so I left my contact info. I've called to follow-up but no results. Additionally, my tires were too be inflated to 65 psi, but the shop asked them up to 55 psi. I didn't notice until the next morning when I got a low tire pressure warning. I had to air them up in the freezing cold.....

  This place is absolutely the best! I've been taking my car here for some time now and yesterday I was just having an awful day, I was trying to top my oil off at home when the wind picked up and took my paper funnel and I couldn't retrieve it from under the engine. I drove straight to my trusted Valvoline shop and they were just so kind to me! One employee took the time to make sure the funnel wasn't lodged somewhere while Marcus checked my oil levels and even taught me a few things to help me know how much oil to add when I am running low. Thanks guys! You really changed my day yesterday!

  It has been almost 4 months since I was last here at the Newburgh location. I saw new employees and a new manager that made me question if I was at the right place. All of them were very kind, quick, and professional. Justin was the manager I saw and spoke of turning the store around and he definitely has. Robert and Shavonda were my service techs and they were fantastic. The regional manager was there as well, but sadly I forgot her name. Great place with great people!
