My experience had a No Pressure sale, decent prices on Polaris OEM accessories. Had a later need for mechanical service and shop personnel were top notch

Would not deal with Rusty, Messaged him on facebook regarding a Ranger northstar. Going to pay full price. Tells me its going through shop and will be done at the end of the week. 2+ Weeks go by and now all of a sudden the owner is selling it to his friend after we had already had an agreement with Rusty

Purchased a Honda EU2200I generator total cost of $1154.00 on 7/18/2025. It comes with a 3 year warranty. Used it on a hunting trip to Canada to run my freezer full of meat coming home. It ran good, but kept shutting down when making turns due to a safety feature that cuts the engine off if it detects that it is turning over. Had it secured so it wouldn't fall over, but still shut off. After getting back from Canada I noticed that the pulley rope was fraded about 6 inches back from the handle. They did fix it under warranty, but my god this was supposed to be a brand new generator. Upon starting my generator after sitting about a month and a half. It started surging and would only run smooth on half choke. I called Powersports and they said they can't get parts because they no longer service power equipment. I explained that it is warrantied and I purchased it from them. They agreed to take a look at it. They said they would call me when they got it fixed. I waited about 2 weeks and gave them a call. On that day the individual I talked to said the parts were in today, but he didn't have a service tech there that day. This was after they told me they can't even get parts for power equipment. They eventually called me about a week later and said it was ready to pick up. I went and picked it up. Got it home and started. It was surging the same way as when I took it in. I called and asked if they even did anything to it? They said they ran it for 8 hours and it was running fine. Surging is not fine. I pulled the carburator myself and spent the day cleaning the bowl and the Jets and fuel passages. I then siphoned all the gas and replaced it with new ethical free gas. I looked in the tank and found dirt in the bottom of it. I also discovered while it was in their service department, they damaged the right side panel. It looks like spatter from a grinder or a welder, but it made spots on my brand new generator. The panel they damaged cost about $100.00. The part number is 63210-207-C20ZA. I called and talked to my sales rep that I bought it from and that I wasn't happy. She had the service department call me. I explained what I did and I got it running right. I also told them that they spotted up the right side panel with something like hot shavings from a grinder or sparks from a welder. He said thanks and that he would make the techs aware of that and he will make sure it doesn't happen again. Not one offer to replace the panel they damaged while it was in sitting in their possession for 3 weeks. I take very good care of everything I own. I just want to put this review out here, so buyer beware. If this would let me post my damaged right panel I would. I also asked them if they knew that they weren't going to service power equipment anymore, then why didn't they tell me before I made the purchase? Their response was that they didn't even know themselves. Sorry but when I have to fix anything myself that is this new and under warranty that cost over 1000 bucks, and leaving it there to get it worked on and getting it back with pits in my side panel it can erode my trust in anyone. One other note. The individuals that work the back counter need to work on their personalities when dealing with customers. Update: Talked to American Honda on 12/29/2025, spoke to Daisy at corporate. She looked my generator up and informed me it was built in 2023 not 2025. That is not what my sales rep. told me when I purchased it. I told her that the emission sticker was dated March 2023. She responded that all the stickers say 2023 because they haven't changed the print yet. They just put them on the 2025s and she assured me of that. You don't buy a new car in 2025 with a manufacturer date of 2023. I expect the same when I buy a generator! They offered nothing to fix this problem.
