I went in for a routine oil change and they checked over the whole vehicle, as per usual. I declined the other recommended services due to money. Spencer called me a little later to make sure the vehicle was still driving okay in the inclement weather with considering it still needed repairs. It was reassuring to see that they thought about that fact and wanted to make sure everything was running okay.

I brought my perfectly fine working truck in for a simple fix I needed coil pack for a misfire I had dropped my truck off around 8am on a Thursday and called asking about it throughout the day and didn’t hear anything back until about 5pm in the afternoon they had called and told that they were driving my truck to see what the issue was and pulled it back into the bay and it was idling they said it was just sitting there and the transmission made a big pop sound and my truck will no longer drive…. I show up at the place after that phone call asking what we were going to do to solve this problem they proceeded to tell me that they wouldn’t replace my transmission or help pay to fix it they wanted me to pay 6k for a new transmission i also asked to speak to who was working on my truck they said he had to leave early due to a family emergency I will be getting a lawyer involved in this they should be responsible for the damages they did I have never had any prior transmission issues Took my truck here working completely fine and can’t drive it back out the owner CHRIS HOUSEHOLDER has blocked me on Facebook after making post trying to get to a resolution
