What a wonderful experience both inside the store and outside during install. At my age it is not comfortable to walk inside an auto store to figure out what you need. - THTim HammerJul 15, 20255.0Yesterday I needed a battery I went in and the store manager or shift manager I'm not sure who he was but his name was Connor and the guy that was there with him was named Robert and both of them went out of their way to help me I can say without a doubt the level of customer service that I experienced from both of them what's above & beyond one of the best experiences I have ever had I didn't just feel like a customer they made me feel like I was family I usually shop at O'Reilly and because of that experience I will shop at AutoZone going forward
