    I stopped in to receive an estimate for an air conditioning and heating automotive job. Staff was all very pleasant and owner was very personable. While I have yet to have an actual paid transaction for work performed I can tell you individuals seem to be straightforward and knowledgeable about their work/services. I will consider and update to this review should worked be done by this establishment. I would recommend for estimates. *Update - I truly like the attitudes and characters at this shop, nothing bad to say about them personally. I will however share my take on my experience after paying for service. Work was scheduled to be a week, hiccups led to 4.5 weeks they had my vehicle. I had to continually reach out to check the status as they did not call me. Once vehicle was ready for pickup and returned home I found the following: electrical items inside vehicle disconnected (led lighting), screws throughout vehicle, jackets and wires from stripping of electrical wire (their trash), both my passenger and driver seats were not completely fastened back to the floor board (bolts were missing nuts as they only laid the bolt into the holes and never reattached seats (unsafe), and many greasy spots from shoes throughout the vehicle which I've had to scrub vigorously to remove. Am I particular? Absolutely, this was a limousine they had worked on and I treat my customers the absolute best I can from the smallest to the biggest of concerns. I suggest this shop dedicate an individual to quality assurance and quality control as I feel they totally dropped the ball rolling this vehicle out of the shop unchecked.
