I was curious so I did and chose Goodyear auto service and glad I did. They received the tires fine and I showed up at the appointment time I made during amazon checkout and thay was that. Called me in a couple hours and was ready for pickup. I also got an alignment while there. Thanks again everyone.

- DDDemetriosSep 29, 20251.0Be aware. You lose all privileges to any warranty of tires you purchased if you put the tires on another vehicle. And I paid extra. Three year warranty voided after 11 months. No refund . Took my money. And dropped the protection/ warranty.

- IIImtiazAug 13, 20252.0They diagnosed for free but once I told him I would come back later as I was uncertain about my payment from insurance as they bent my tie rod, that look and expression said it all about how much they respect the customer who does not give business. I did offer to pay over phone too and they were ridiculously expensive anyway and insurance never paid me dime but I did pay them for 30 mins diagnostics just quote me what I already know!! It was 93$ BTW to look at tie rod bent and quote. Do people a favour, stop saying we don’t charge for inspection. Rather say inspection is free when you get done whatever is quoted.
