Have rented several vehicles from here. The staff is always friendly and have always accommodated me when I needed...even the time my rental had a flat.

So apparently at this location, after you rent a vehicle for almost 2 months consecutively.
And the manager can't charge your credit card for a hundred dollars.He deems it necessary tow your vehicle with your daughter's only car seat inside of it... The old manager was a lot more compassionate. This guy here needs to learn customer's service and customer respect. Because he treated me with nothing but disrespect.
I've been a manager for 10 years. And if he worked for me and carried himself and presented himself the way he does to customers, especially male customers. He would be looking for a new job. And also on top of that, he fraudulently charged me for having a vehicle on a day that I did not have possession of that vehicle.Enterprise had possession of the vehicle.I gave up position of the vehicle on the fourteenth first thing in the morning when he decided to tow it.Because he couldn't charge one hundred dollars to my credit card.But yet ironically once he got the vehicle back from stoops automotive.After having it sent there to have new keys made for some reason.Even though I brought him the key back, he felt it necessary that he had to charge me for having the vehicle that day and back to the ironic part, the same credit card that he was unable to charge that hundred dollars to on the fourteenth.What do you know as soon as the vehicle gets brought back to his lot from stoops?He was magically able to charge that same credit card that hundred dollars.That he claimed would not go through the day before.And no, there is no payments made to the credit card. I am escalating this to enterprise corporate and also have my credit card company involved for

I will never rent from this location again. The manager here Braxton, he does nothing but favors for women. But when a man tries to rent from them, he is nothing but crappy towards them does everything in his power to either get your vehicle towed and charge you more money, which is what he did in the case of my husband we rented a vehicle from this place for over a month. And a 1 spent thousands of dollars at this location all for Mr. Braxton, to feel it necessary to Contact risk management to have our vehicle towed with our daughters car seat inside the car because he stated that on the fourteenth, he was unable to charge a hundred dollars to the card on file even though there was plenty of credit limit and when we spoke to the credit card company, they stated that they didn't have any records of charges on the 14th being declined. But that's not the good part. The good part is we had no possession of the vehicle. After 9 or 10 AM on the 14th of October, but yet Mr. Braxton charged us For keeping the vehicle until the fifteenth, because once he towed the vehicle, he had it sent an hour away from my location to stoops to have new keys made even though I had already told him. I would bring the key back that I had, which I did give it back to him. Immediately.
But he still charge my card, which he should not have done enterprise states. That once you are paid up on your vehicle and no longer have possession of it. They cannot charge you for subsequent days. Even if they do come and tow it, which is what happened when I had the vehicle Braxton was nothing but nice and sweet to me. And Even went 3 days without speaking to me because I was sick the reason he needed to speak to me was because he had so many pending charges in my credit card.My credit card company flagged it as fraud and wouldn't let any more charges go through so.Technically, I was three days behind on my contract, but yet he didn't tow the vehicle.But my husband has it, and one day goes by, and he tows it. All of this, even though he had another credit card that he could have charged or tried to charge while my husband had the vehicle in his name.But instead he claims he only tried to charge the one card which the credit card company claims never happened.

Absolutely. The worst customer service and rental car experience. I've had ever in my life. And I have rented hundreds and hundreds of vehicles due to work. The manager here is condescending. He's a liar, he does certain favors for certain people.Others, he'll just have your car towed and then make up some extravagant story on why it was towed. I rented a vehicle from him for a month and a 1. Roughly all consecutive days spent thousands of dollars at this location.
For him to claim that I was behind on my contract when I just spoke to him 48 hours prior and I was not behind on anything at that point. So what he tells me on the phone is, after he has my vehicle towed that had my daughter's car seat in it. Which entailed her not going to school? And if there was an emergency We would have been screwed because we didn't have a car seat.But anyway, he tells me that.On the fourteenth of october, the reason he had it towed on the fifteenth is because he tried to run $107 and some change onto the card and it got declined..... october 15th comes around. He takes it upon himself to contact risk management, which he did not have to do considering. He knew my wife who rented from him first. Through her account for the first 30 days plus and he knew myself. I had been in and out of there, my wife had been in and out of there. This is not the first time I've rented from this place. The old manager was actually phenomenal. But that's besides the point anyway. After he towed the vehicle, he felt it necessary or risk management felt it necessary after he contacted them that they had to go have new keys made to the vehicle, even though it was just a key fob, there was no actual key itself. Why you ask? Especially when I had emailed them and told them, hey, I'll bring the key right up to you.No, problem.Well, it's so that way he could charge me for the time.It took them at stoops an hour away to make new keys.Keep the car again overnight, yada.Yada, so I no longer had possession of the vehicle as of like nine am the fourteenth but yet, he charged me for having the car through the fifteenth, and you want to know what's ironic?The same credit card that supposedly got denied on the fourteenth for a hundred dollars magically, when they got the car back from stoops after having new keys made, I'LL SAY IT ONE MORE TIME MAGICALLY.HE WAS ABLE TO CHARGE THE SAME CREDIT CARD FOR THAT AMOUNT.ISN'T THAT IRONIC? LOL I SPEAK TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THEY SAID THERE WERE NUMEROUS PENDING CHARGES ON THE 14TH.
BUT ON THE 15TH, HE CLOSED THE ACCOUNT OUT ALL THOSE PENDING CHARGES DROPPED.
SO IF HE WOULD HAVE CLOSED THE ACCOUNT OUT ON THE 14TH WHEN THEY HAD POSSESSION OF THE VEHICLE, WHICH HE CLAIMS HE DIDN'T HAVE POSSESSION OF IT. WELL, THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER THAT YOU HIRED HAD POSSESSION OF IT IF YOU WOULD HAVE CLOSED THE ACCOUNT OUT, THEN. I TOLD HIM. THE CHARGE WOULD HAVE WENT THROUGH, BUT I FAILED TO MENTION.ALSO, THERE WAS STILL EIGHT HUNDRED AND THIRTY DOLLARS OF AVAILABLE CREDIT.ALL THE CREDIT CARD THE WHOLE ENTIRE TIME.SO HE COULD HAVE CHARGED IT ON THE FOURTEENTH.ANYWAY. I AM A HILTON HONORS DIAMOND MEMBER. I AM IN THE PRESIDENTIAL CIRCLE CLUB.
WITH HERTZ AND AVIS, i had actually just rented a all. Electric box truck from Hertz and I had it for 33 consecutive days and never spoke to a single representative of theirs. One time.
This guy here calls every single day.And they'll comment back on this review.And give some made up story.But the fact of the matter is when my wife rented the vehicle through her account before we switched it to mine. He tried contacting her because of the same reason and he didn't hear back from Her for 3 days. Did he tow the car? No, he did not, but he didn't like me. From the get-go. So he ultimately treated me like crap, and like, I said, it was the worst customer service experience. I have ever encountered
And I will escalate this to enterprise corporate for the way that I was talked to treated and And for the false charges that were charged to my credit card. Stay away from this location.
Great customer service and we enjoyed the car rented!
