  Very thoughtful and thorough. Kai helped explain everything and did not try to upsale everything. I’d gladly go out of my way to use them every time

  I usually deal with Kyle when I go to Valvoline. He’s always cool and doesn’t pressure me to get the extra stuff. He’s knowledgeable and the service is fairly quick and painless.

  Every time I come to this location, all the technicians are so kind, fast, and very efficient. The manager, Ky, did great telling me anything my car needs or will need in the foreseeable future without being overly “sales-like”. I was able to add some things on to my service and I plan to come back for other services in the near future! I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but Josh, Dylan, and Ky did a great job and seemed to work great together as a team!

  I never take the time to leave a review for anything, but I’m making an exception. I moved to New Albany two years ago and have had my oil changed at the Valvoline on State Street multiple times on multiple vehicles and have nothing but stellar service from (and, I’m not exaggerating here) every single employee I’ve ever dealt with there. Super friendly, efficient and with very positive attitudes. I never thought I’d have any kind of loyalty to an oil change business, but here we are…writing a five-star review for a business and a staff that really deserves it.
