  On 2/28/2026, I purchased a 6‑month Carwash Package for Unlimited Triple Clean. I brought the receipt to your State Street location in New Albany, Indiana. Your employee was unable to assign my car to a transponder because I previously had a membership under a different vehicle but the same phone number. He told me he would get this corrected and gave me the transponder. The next time I came for a wash, the transponder did not work. I was told again to keep the transponder and that the issue would be fixed. Yesterday, I attempted to get a car wash and the transponder still did not work. This time, the employee informed me that my account had been terminated. I paid for a 6‑month package and was only able to receive two washes because employees manually accepted my receipt. How would you like to resolve this? Am I able to receive a refund? At this point, your service has not provided what I paid for.

  Hours says open till 8:00 PM but I showed up at 6:00 PM and the wash is closed and none of the services were operational. No employees in sight either. It's very frustrating to pay a membership and then not be able to use it during hours that are supposed to be operational. Highly disappointed.

  $20 for a car wash that didn't even get the bird poop off my windshield and they were out of towels so its still there!! Thanks so much!

  Absolutely terrible experience with Take 5 Car Wash. I attempted to cancel my membership multiple times and was told it was taken care of, yet I continue to get charged every month. It’s nearly impossible to get a straight answer, and customer service has been completely unhelpful. This feels like a deliberate runaround just to keep billing customers. A company shouldn’t make it this difficult to cancel a simple membership. I would strongly advise anyone considering a membership to think twice—you may have a very hard time getting out of it.

  New Albany site closes at 6 instead of the posted time (8). I wanted to have my truck look decent for a funeral. No other time to go. Ugh! Overpriced bc when you pay for a service that’s a contract and you expect to be able to access it when you get off work.
