  I’m very disappointed with the quality of work performed on my 2014 Honda Accord. When I got the car back, I immediately noticed multiple issues that shouldn’t be present after professional repairs. There was loose hardware left under the hood, cracked paint in the door jamb, and several interior and exterior panels that were not properly secured. The interior plastic trim now has visible pry marks. The newly installed bumper also has pry marks along the driver-side edge from reinstallation, even though it was just painted. The chrome trim along the driver-side window doesn’t sit flush and has a noticeable gap where it meets the door. I was told this would fix itself over time with heat, which doesn’t seem like an acceptable explanation. The fog light that was installed either doesn’t work or wasn’t properly connected. On top of that, the driver’s side memory seat no longer functions, suggesting something may have been disconnected or damaged during the repair. While I did receive new parts (bumper, grille, headlight, and fog light assembly) and repair work on the driver-side fender, the overall reassembly of the vehicle feels careless. The more you look at it, the more flaws you find. I expected a much higher level of quality and attention to detail. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this shop.

  After I wrecked my car, my insurance adjuster chose to send it here to Gerber in New Albany to be repaired. I was surprised how great of a job they did. They went above my expectations on major front end damage. Then they had the car inspected & checked out by the car dealer on their computer to double check all was good before finishing this repair for me. It looks and drives like new. I've decided to use them again on my next auto body project this month. They cared, were highly skilled, and always respectful to me. I definitely recommend them.

  We were very pleased with the work we had done at Gerber Collison and Glass. We experienced excellent customer service, and they really went above and beyond.

  Got sideswiped in Louisville, went with gerber because they did my girlfriends car very well. They got it done before they originally estimated it for. I love how they detail the cars before giving it back. Very pleasant experience. These guys deserve a bonus. The admin and the laborers!

  If I ever need collision or glass repair I will take my car to Gerber. The customer service is the absolute best, the cost for repairs was more than reasonable, my car was finished early, and it now looks amazing. Not to mention they detailed both the exterior and interior, and it has not been this clean since I bought it from a dealer. Anyway, trust me, and go with Gerber. There simply can not be a better place to take your car in this area.
