I check my oil level and there’s zero oil in the car. I call the store and speak with someone and tell them 2 weeks after I get my oil change all the oil is gone. They said they noted on the inspection that there was an oil leak. I said in 2 years of me owning the car my oil had never leaked out and that they probably note that on all their inspections. They tell me to take my car to a full service shop to see what the issue is. So I take it to Big O down the street. Real professionals who know what they’re doing. Not some teenage kids. The pros inform me that the oil filter wasn’t tightened!!!! My engine was almost destroyed bc they couldn’t tighten the oil filter!!! I will never take my car there again
