This was all 1 week ago. They are fighting to not reimburse my wife. Hire some employees that know how to do their jobs.

No tire pressure check, brake light, turn signal checks nothing. On top of that the customer service from the light skinned curly hair dude was less than pleasing. Really seemed like he didn't want to be at his job. He should take some customer service pointers from his coworkers. The attendant speaking with me about my vehicle was also very polite. I appreciate those that were polite and didn't seem as though I was an inconvenience for them

All staff were friendly and polite. I drive a 2018 Ford Fusion and have never had anyone look at the internal air filter. I honestly didn't even know that existed. Ezra got it out and it was absolutely disgusting! I'm so grateful for Ezra doing that, showing me the difference between mine and a new one, and educating me in the process. You really have a great crew at this location!
