    They responded to my post told me to call the store to get taken care of and still nothing from them,not good business,why even respond to my messages if you wasn't going to handle the issue

    Don’t waste your money going to this car wash. There are better ones all around the area. I paid almost $20 dollars for what was advertised as a decent wash & should clean your car. I was super dissatisfied with how it didn’t remove any tough spots. Wouldn’t have been a big problem if they had supplied towels & cleaner because I would’ve got the hard spots myself. But they were fully out of stock of anything that is “complementary” on a Thursday. So I paid $17 dollars to get a crappy wash & a poor vacuum.

    Every time I go through car wash the black tire treatment sprays off of the tires & coats the car body & fenders on both sides of the tires for several miles and has to be scrubbed off. state street new albany IN.
