I brought my daughter's 2003 Toyota Matrix in for a long overdue oil change. The technician discovered that the previous oil change quick service place (rhymes with Smalvoline) stripped the oil plug. As a result, they installed at no charge a replace plug that was like an expansion anchor with a rubber gasket. Let's say I was a bit skeptical that it wouldn't leak, but after more than 24 hours there's not one drop of oil on my garage floor. While I was there, I got her tires rotated. After a reasonable amount of time waiting, I was on my way. I'll be back with my other vehicles. Give this location on Grantline Road a try, I'm sure you'll be a return customer, too.

She greeted me with a big smile and asked how she could help. I told her I needed a rideshare inspection for Uber and Lyft, and she took care of me right away. Everything about the experience was fast, friendly, and efficient. Dawni and the rest of the team were very respectful and professional throughout the entire process. I appreciate great customer service, and this location definitely delivered. I’ll continue to bring my car and my business to Jiffy Lube on Grant Line Road — they’re awesome people who truly care about their customers. And yes, I passed my car inspection!
