    I recently returned my rental car to the Enterprise branch in New Albany, and I had an absolutely fantastic experience thanks to Gavin. He was an amazing customer service representative, treating me with such kindness and professionalism. I had a really poor experience with the Corydon branch, but Gavin went above and beyond to help me out and make things right. His dedication to great service truly made a difference, and I really appreciate his effort. Will be returning!!

    I rented a Jeep Compass with four-wheel drive, and it performed exceptionally well in the snow while I was using it for work. The vehicle was reliable and handled winter conditions with no issues. Riley, Carley, and Gavin were all fantastic, each of them answered my questions clearly, communicated well, and made sure I had a great overall experience. Gavin went above and beyond by shoveling the snow that had piled up around my car after it had been parked for seven days. I would absolutely return to rent again in the future and would highly recommend this location to anyone. If you’re looking to rent a vehicle, I strongly suggest the Charlestown Road location in New Albany, Indiana.

    We went to Enterprise in New because of an insurance claim. The car we wanted had just been returned and they did a good, quick job of getting it clean and ready. The staff was courteous, helpful and very easy to work with both picking up the car and returning it even though they were very busy and short handed.
