  My car started flashing "ADD OIL NOW , ADD OIL NOW"... All of a sudden I seen Jiffy Lube, they got me right in within 5mins of arriving.... So I really recommend Jiffy Lube , very professional, fast, gave me very good advice.... also no bullshit. Which we all know what I mean.. Thank u so much Jiffy Lube u r now my favorite go to for oil changes!!

  Excellent service today from the entire team beginning with the new owner who immediately greeted me and introduced himself upon my arrival. The service was super fast and efficient. My last visits weren’t as pleasant and I almost didn’t return. As I was leaving a gentleman told me to have a blessed day and it made me so happy. Keep up the great work!

  I do not take negative ratings lightly but I’m dismayed at this Jiffy Lube’s handling of my sister’s car. What should have been routine brake pad changing ended up with my sister losing function of her brakes completely the next day from a caliper coming off and therefor the brake fluid bleeding. She was towed by a nice person back to the store and the tow driver asked for JL to pay for the tow as it was apparent it was their fault. They complied. The mechanic showed my sister her caliper and instead of taking any responsibility, stated it “unalived itself”. They proceeded with repairs, didn’t charge labor but did charge for parts. Upon settling the bill, they put the towing fee back to her! It’s such an icky thing, to take advantage of someone in that way. You think this is where the story ends but alas! The brake light came on on the way home. Took it BACK in, they checked, topped off with fluid, and sent her on her way. Their demeanor was apologetic but not enough to REFUND this botched work. Brake light comes BACK on. At this point my sweet sister goes to a trusted mechanic who discovers her brake lines have air in them. I could share more but mostly I want it to be known that the treatment of my sister was unprofessional and disappointing and the mechanic doesn’t seem to be very learned in the trade of mechanics. I’m so grateful losing her brakes didn’t result in injury or loss of life, but the severity could have been huge.

  I was worried about driving over and just waiting without an appointment, but the whole experience was brief and very timely! The staff was very courteous, as each one in introduced themself and explained their role at Jiffy Lube. I will definitely return for regular service plus any other service needs I have. Thanks , guys, for making me feel so comfortable.

  I had an awesome experience at Jiffy Lube! I came in for an oil change and an A/C recharge, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Dustin, the manager on staff, absolutely stood out. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of the right way. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and runs a tight, efficient operation. On top of that, the whole team was incredibly kind and welcoming. It’s not every day you find a shop where everyone is friendly, respectful, and actually seems happy to help. They kept me informed throughout the process and got me back on the road quickly. If you’re in the Muncie area and need service, I highly recommend stopping here. Great people, great service, and a great overall experience!
