The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They will try to upsell you on other services but take no for an answer the first time and don't relentlessly push.

I didn't know how to reset my oil change light, I almost convinced the one tech that doing the macarena is what would turn the light off 🤣, But one of the other guys taught us all how to do it. So now we all know

Third time, I set in the bay for almost 3 hours because the time before they tightened my oil filter so tight that they had to have someone from the transmission shop come there and remove it. I got a free oil change for my inconvenience. The forth trip was the worst. They broke my breather cover snaps off taking my engine air filter out, than when I yold them not to change it they put it in backwards and messed up the sensors around it. The next day I started my car, put it in gear and I nearly made it a block. After calling Valvoline they sent someone out, he had no idea what was wrong. Finally the manager came out and had it towed to their mechanic. Wouldn't let me use mine. I had to call corporate to finally get a rental car. Which I had to pay for until they found that they were at fault and they reimbursed me. The mechanic got it running and I've had no problems except that he duct taped my breather cover together. Than for all my troubles I was offered a free oil change. We'll they can give that to the next poor soul. I won't ever go back
