- BBBrent BowmanJan 2, 20261.0Customer service was friendly. Wait time was very very unreasonable. I had an appointments scheduled at 10. My truck set outside until 11. I asked them about it to see what was causing the hold up. They said more employees were clocking in shortly and they would get it in. They pulled it into a garage bay and it set. It moved to a new garage bay about 12:15pm and they finally started working on it. I was notified of a broken center cap on my tire which was on there when I took it in. Was claimed to have already been broken. 1:30pm with two hungry children trying to keep occupied and plans we had to cancel due to the wait it was finally complete. I was not happy. All I received was an apology. Go somewhere else unless you want to burn a day at Tire Barn!!

- JJJacobDec 18, 20255.0After what initially started as a very bad day, an entire situation was turned around after Geneva took over the situation. The techs managed to not notice an entire spacer falling out of my wheel when they were taking it off. When trying to put it back on, they disregarded the fact the lug nut wouldn’t go in because it was too long without the spacer, and broke it. That sparked a 4 hour waiting period while they frantically tried to find custom sized lug nuts in town. Needless to say, that never happened. Geneva took over the situation and ended up providing me with two new tires, an alignment, and a brand new set of lug nuts to replace the ones the techs broke. This was all on the house because of the major inconvenience. I highly appreciated her willingness to make their mistake a positive. While some of their staff may lack basic common sense, Geneva is a diamond in the rough. Make sure she takes care of you and you will not be disappointed!

I waited at the counter for 30 minutes, people walked up to the counter and back into the back multiple times and I was never helped. Not to mention before coming into the location I called 3 times and never got an answer. What do I need to do to talk to someone?
