    I just want to say that the original location of Enterprise gave us a car that wasn’t safe to drive, and ended up having mechanical issues. Which is fine things happen, but we expect a solution. Customer service was ready to send us to a location that he confirmed to have SUV’s, but we later were transferred calls over to that location, and he told us they didn’t have any SUV’s. Called customer service again and let him know what happened, he then confirmed once again, many times, that THIS location has SUV’s. We later get ordered an uber by customer service to be taken over there…. TO FIND NO SUV’s. This isn’t the Muncie South location’s fault what so ever I want to clarify that. Customer service did us so wrong and didn’t treat us well at all. Joseph Lawlor, the branch manager, was the most help we got all day. He stuck with us until we had a solution, made sure we were alright, and didn’t send us off with no help like our original Enterprise. Huge shoutout to Joseph for being able to accommodate us to a sprinter van, and helped us save the road trip for my family. We are sad that this location isn’t closer to our home, because we’d be going here from now on if we could.

    Muncie South, great people. Coorporation is another story though. They make it very difficult to communicate with local stores

    I would not advise anyone waste their time with this location. Not only do they not honor the vehicle you reserve, the vehicle is dirty, the representative doesn't go over the vehicle features and you get to fight with corporate for over a month to get money back that they overcharged you for closing early before a holiday.
