- DDDesireeOct 1, 20251.0I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for today for an alignment and the guy said they had very open availability and anytime would work, he told me 12:00 was mine. I get there and he asks the basic questions, I just put new to me tires on the front as I had chords showing on the interior of my old ones, I knew it needed aligned and told the employee all of this. My husband is beyond mechanically inclined, it’s what he used to do for a living, and he is the one the bought the tires that are in great condition with about 85% tread. Well the guy apparently goes and looks at the tires and comes back in and tells me they’re dry rotted, and starts asking me how much I paid for them and trying to sell me on an entire set. Like, I’m a young woman with a toddler on my hip, you really want to scam me? I waited, it’s 1 o’clock, my appointment was an hour ago and my truck hasn’t even left the parking lot where I had it, I left. Had a poor experience at the Belle in Kokomo a couple years ago and it turns out this one is no better.
