  When they opened, this was the best store in town. Now I will never go back. Many horror stories from friends. Here are mine: They scratched the absolute hell out of the inside of my less than 1 year old wheels getting the wheel weights off and think that's an acceptable practice. They "refurbished" the wheels, but it took a week and they will never be right again. I brought them 2 wheels to balance, off the car, I'd already removed the weights (because of the previous disaster). Just need to put on the machine and stick weights on where needed. I already did at least 70% of their work. 1) Told me that there was no weights needed. I've never in my life seen a wheel that was perfect (and neither are these). 2) Looked me straight in the eye and charged me the same price as if I brought them the car and they did all the work. Avoid this place. If you can't do the job without damaging my property, don't do the job. I don't know where is consistently decent, but I don't think it exists in Muncie. They're all bad. @ response - This was already your second chance and it was no better. If you're truly sorry, make a change. Doubtful though. Tricking people out of money seems to be the Belle M.O.

  My Husband had a great experience getting new tires for my Tahoe! He worked with Nick and they were able to replace all 4 tires do an alignment and replace my sensors all for an amazing price and an even better tire warranty !!! All with in 2 hours of walking in the door

  Above & Beyond I had a crazy thing happen to my car. After driving thru strong winds and potholes, the bottom shield fell out causing all kinds of additional problems. Belle Tire showed me the broken pieces. I was able to take photos to send to insurance. Some obstacles came up in the process, but instead of leaving them obstacles. . . the sales crew and workers went above and beyond in immeasurable ways to make sure my car was finished and available to me. To Nick, Lazarus and the incredible mechanics who made it possible for me to meet deadlines, you have my sincere thanks. Sometimes things happen that cant be controlled. Belle Tire made good on everything they committed to do. They called me as soon as steps were taken and quick decisions could be made. As I left, the mechanics even waved goodbye. They have my trust and business. Thank you again gentlemen!

  Lazarus was incredibly helpful, went above and beyond, but we weren't able to make a transaction happen due to my timing. Tires wouldn't be available until the next day, I need a specific brand / set after extensive research, and I'll be heading out of town before the supplier can get them to this branch. I just wanted to give him a shout out of thanks for trying to get this done in my short time frame. I've bought several sets of tires here and will be back in the future as it's always been a hassle free experience. Thank you!
