They truly embody the definition of outstanding small business service. I brought my Ram 2500 in for a major transfer case issue. The repair journey was complicated when the first aftermarket provider fell through on their promise, leaving Chris in a tough spot, especially since I was about to leave town for business just after Thanksgiving. That's when "Rich" stepped in and became a hero. He went above and beyond, tirelessly working to find a replacement and ultimately securing a new transfer case. Rich even called in favors at a local Dodge dealership to expedite the process and resolve the issue quickly. The level of commitment was astounding. Rich actually came in on a cold Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, just to take delivery of my truck so I wouldn't be delayed for my trip. Throughout the entire process, Rich was incredibly prompt, responsive via text, and kept me informed every step of the way. The professionalism, dedication, and genuine care from Chris and his entire team are exactly what every customer hopes for in an automotive shop. This is exactly the type of local business we all should support and work with. I would definitely go back for any future needs and highly recommend them to anyone. Nice job, Chris and team! And then was told it was my problem when I picked it up still broke down. Save your self I gave them the benefit of the doubt for 10 months also the part they replaced doesn’t have any of the screws in it so it just floating under my hood
