  Enterprise for car rental in Mooresville will be the only place to rent a car when I need to. Nic and Reed are very informative and easy to talk to. Both of them make a rental car easy!! Thanks Reed , Nic and enterprise!! Well done.

  The policy of "lost of use" is nothing more than away to steal from your renters. If I understood your high pressure representative. Even if I purchased your insurance, in the event of an accident I would have to pay you the highest rate allowed per day until the vehicle was returned to service. I will tell friends and family to avoid your greedy company at all cost.

  New branch manager is a problem. After always renting from this location they got a new branch manager 4 months ago. He changed the policy without notice that any driver who refuses enterprise coverage has to provide him their personal insurance details in order to get the car. Never communicated during reservation. Show up and won’t hand me the keys unless I give him my personal policy number and details. In decades of renting a car I have never given this and won’t now. Especially when other reviews have him hanging damage on a customer who returned it undamaged. Always loved the people there but this branch manager made the new policy just for this location. Beware as they won’t give you the keys. I drove to the airport and rented a car from there instead. Unfortunate I can’t support the local Mooresville branch. Let us know if be leaves.
