- MJMatt JosephMar 18, 20261.0Absolutely terrible business. Made a reservation for an SUV for spring break. Manager gets ahold of me 2 days before we are supposed to leave to tell me he doesn't have a vehicle for me. Would give it zero stars if I could.
- DDDavid DavidsonMar 14, 20261.0If I could give a 0 I would, they don’t answer phone calls, the times for picking ups are completely inflexible you either have to pick them up at 10 when you have to be at work or 4 before most people get off work, they close at noon on Saturday so you can’t pick up a vehicle then and they are closed on Sundays! I was a insurance claim so I had no vehicle for the whole week my car was getting repaired, this branch has poor planning and time management skills and I would never willingly come to this company due to just this branch.
