I took my car for a simple oil change, and they sent me out with over 3/4 too much oil. I noticed something sounded wrong while driving, so I went back immediately, only for them to tell me “it’s fine, please leave.” The next day, my car stopped running, and I had to force it to reach my destination. Once parked, someone checked it and confirmed it was overfilled with oil and advised me not to drive it anymore. Their customer service is horrible, they have not taken responsibility or fixed their mistake

They explained everything to me in detail from what services they were doing to exactly what I was paying for. Towards the end they insured me that if I needed anything that I could always come back with questions or concerns. Definitely will be recommending this location to friends and family and will be back! Huge shoutout to Mason and Chance who took care of my Tiguan that really needed an oil change.
