  From the time I walked in I was welcomed with a big smile! She informed me about how long the replacement would take. The technician even came out and explained what he would be doing and any possible delays. When they were done the technician walked though all the dos and don'ts. They made me feel like I was a person not just another transaction. HIGHLY Recommend!!

  Actual service with Alex was amazing. However, trying to get Andrew Sr. Collector to respond to a email where he didn't attach any documents as per our conversation has been a nightmare. Good Morning Anthony, This is my fourth request for the commercial account application, which was not attached to your previous email. I need the form in order to complete it and return it promptly for a refund on a sales tax charge. Please resend the application immediately so I can proceed. I have included Customer Care in this email for visibility.

  Filed and insurance claim and had a Safelite mobile tech based out of the shop in Mishawaka: Jonathan come to my house on November 4th to replace My windshield after a rock damaged it while driving!! With 15 years experience Jonathan is the perfect man for the job! He was prompt with calling early in the morning letting me know the amount of jobs he had prior and when he would arrive. Upon arrival he got to work quickly and had me done in under an hr! There is a tracker where you can watch your techs arrival which is awesome! During the service he didn’t hesitate to satisfy me and my neighbors curiosity whenever we asked questions. He was very friendly, personable and yet was still able to keep working! If you have mobile work done and have access to the Mishawaka shop, request Jonathan he’s the best!! *Photos are after damaged windshield removal and upon completion of the service

  I had Safe Flight come out to replace the front windshield on my vehicle, and I can confidently say that I will never use this company again. For the amount of money I paid for the replacement, I expected professional service and quality work — instead, I was left with damage, inconvenience, and a completely dead vehicle. After the installation, I immediately noticed scratches in the window tint, which were not there before. That alone was disappointing and showed a lack of attention to detail during the job. But the worst part was that somehow, during the installation, the technicians completely drained my car battery. When they finished, my vehicle was totally unresponsive — the key fob wouldn’t work, the lights wouldn’t come on, and the car wouldn’t start. I was left stranded at my job, and despite multiple attempts, the battery was so dead that it couldn’t even be jumped. I was stuck at work until 9:30 PM, in the dark, trying to get my vehicle to start with no success. My car was running perfectly fine when I drove it to work that morning, but by the time they finished, the battery was completely destroyed and had to be replaced. For how much I paid for the windshield replacement, I absolutely expected better service — and certainly not to be left stranded and out the cost of a new battery. Between the scratched tint and the severe battery issue, I will not be using Safe Flight again, and I strongly recommend that others look elsewhere for windshield replacement services.
