    I have to give a star, otherwise I wouldn't. Set my appointment up, went to the appointment an hour away, only to realize that they had ordered the wrong windshield. Told me that they would place the order for the new one and get back to me. Never did. I had to call them the next week to find out when my next appointment was. It was the next day, great. I drove another hour there, they installed the windshield and we were out the door. Brought the van in to wash it before shipping it, the windshield leaks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Called, they told me the next available would be in another week. I have to ship this van to a customer, today.....I had to cancel the truck, call the customer. Which was NOT happy, Still have a windshield that leaks. SHITTY!!!!

    Glass replacement was fine, with no issues and looks good. My complaint is that it is impossible to actually call the shop and get an update. Your call will end up in the automated phone black hole, with no way to talk to any human, let alone someone at the actual shop doing the work. Car was dropped off at 9, near as I can tell I was the 2nd car there, so I figured maybe it would be done in a couple of hours. So I wanted to call and get an update so I could plan around it, since I live about an hour away. Absolutely no way to do this. Only option is to wait for the text. Well, they close at 5, and the car was done at 4:55, its a Saturday, and I'm an hour away. In what universe does that work out for the customer? Luckily, I decided at 4 to drive over anyway so I could make it by 5 even though I had zero communication with the shop. On the plus side the waiting area is nice and quiet since their phone never rings.....

    I will say that Timotheus did such an AMAZING job! He was fast and super friendly! Give this man a raise! I pray that I never need my windshield replaced but if I do I hope he does it again!
