I only needed front brakes replaced, but the mechanic, Robert, insisted that the back brakes were just as bad as the front. Shame on me for eventually believing Robert, so he did both front and back brakes. That was the first thing they ripped me off. He would not show me the brake pads when I asked to see them for verification. THEN he told me my car would not start. Humm. Everything was fine before I brought it in. Robert stated the alternator tested bad and that I needed a new alternator. He stated I would not make it home unless it was fixed. A thousand dollars later (cost of brakes) I left there without allowing him to touch my car again. Once I left jiffy lube I went directly to another mechanic who tested and checked my alternator and he told me nothing was wrong with it!!! It tested good. Jiffy Lube is a scam!!! Stay away!!
