  Horrible Experience here at Belle tire, my pinch welds got folded over and my car is a 2018 with zero rust of the rocker panels. It must've been someone's first time jacking up a car. My side skirt got pushed out. I replaced two front tires because my passenger side had a blow out. They gave me back my blown out tire and kept the good one for themselves. They also tried to upsell me on an alignment for $175 and say I needed "special aftermarket parts" for my vehicle which is complete utter nonsense. I went somewhere to get an alignment and they didn't replace any suspension components. Selfish employees and owners. Never going back to belle tire again. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else. I will add photos later.

  My husband bought new tires for his truck at Belle Tire, and the entire experience was a major letdown. Online pricing estimated about $1,700 after tax and installation, so we booked an 8am appointment for Saturday, Nov. 1st. He arrived early, yet the truck wasn’t finished until 12pm because they were “running behind” — which they said to nearly every customer. Then told us it was going to be $2,100. They claimed he needed new tire pressure sensors because of the larger tires but never disclosed the $80-per-sensor cost beforehand. After driving away, the steering wheel vibrated at anything over 50mph. We scheduled a follow-up on Tuesday, Nov. 4th to have the tires rebalanced, but when we arrived, they tried to charge us again. After refusing to pay since we JUST got the tires, we got the truck back only to find out they had rotated the tires instead of rebalancing them. To top it off, the front desk tech spoke to us like we didn’t know what we were talking about, refused the balance request, and snapped, “Well, we didn’t tell you to get the tires.” Absolutely unprofessional. Now we’re dealing with yet another issue: the tire pressure sensor light shows one tire at 28 PSI, but a manual gauge reads 37 PSI. We tried adding air to reach the recommended 37 PSI, but the machine automatically stopped because the tire was already full. Clearly something wasn’t installed or calibrated correctly. We won’t be returning. We wish we had paid attention to all the other negative reviews — could’ve saved ourselves a lot of time, money, and frustration.

  Last time I went there, I got just an alignment because I had replaced the inner and outer tierods. They told me that both control arms and both lower ball joints were bad but were still able to get it aligned. They explained to me that it wont be 100% due to the other components supposedly being bad but it was still drivable. I agreed with the service as long as it wasn't too misaligned. I just wanted it to be drivable. I took the car to a mechanic and they said that the lower control arms were still good and didnt even need to be replaced. The only thing that needed replaced was just one lower ball joint. (Mind you, they showed me proof, i went on the shop floor to see for myself and they showed me that everything on the suspension was ok except the lower ball joint. So they went ahead and replaced the ball joint. The next day (today to be specific) i took it to belle tire first thing in the morning when they opened because I wanted to be first in line and wanted the car to be 100% aligned because I was planning on driving to Michigan, which is a far trip and wanted the car to be 100% aligned. I walked in and the guy didnt even bother greeting me. Just looked at me all weird and proceeded to greet and welcome everyone else who came inside after me. I explained to him I wanted an alignment. When he pulled up the data for the car, he started asking if I had fixed the lower control arms. I told him that I took the car to a shop and the mechanics said that everything was ok except the lower ball joint. The guy proceeds to tell me that he didnt want to waste any of the technicians time trying to do an alignment on something they told me "needed replaced". he said I need to replace the control arms and ball joints first before they even consider touching the car. I kept telling him that the mechanics personally showed me that the suspension was fine, just had one bad ball joint. Dude kinda gave me an attitude and kept insisting that the computer says that the car needed those replaced. The clown didnt even bother taking the car inside the shop so they can inspect and see for themselves that I wasn't lying. I ended up not going to Michigan thanks to them refusing to do a service i wanted to pay for. Now I have to schedule an appointment for an alignment somewhere else because I didnt feel safe driving far with a misaligned suspension. At this point, im starting to think they were just lazy as hell and didnt feel like doing a simple alignment all because they were putting their trust on their computer that said my car still "needed" the parts replaced. Very disappointed with the belle tire crew. I really loved belle tire but after the stunt they pulled today, I definitely I wont be back. You lost my business

  I walked in and needed a patch on my two tires the guy who is helping me Seth was a great help good guy told me I will be in and out in no time but the guy with the red hair beard was a real jerk he took my keys from me and then told me it’s going to be more then a 3 to 4 hour wait for a patch when one they really need to communicate with one another because they’re not even that busy right now and the attitude on the guy with the red beard is just so over done like take a chill it’s was 9:30 in the morning. Can’t be all that mad. Rude customer service. But the first guy I was dealing with was a great help. They should give that guy a big promotion. And the guy with the red beard just lied to some customer over the phone and said there a 7 wait this guy need to be fired

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went in to get 4 new tires and an alignment. Was then told that both the left and right tire rods were bad. Then was told that I was missing a Cam kit on my front end. I had them replace the right front tire rod when I got my 4 new tires placed, plus the alignment. I was planning on coming back to get the Cam kit and the other tire rod replaced as I was already spending over $800 on just that one visit. A few days later I started to notice that my jeep was not sounding like itself and was hearing noise from my undercarriage. Took it back in to have them look and they could not find anything wrong that would cause this. After bringing it back a 3rd time, I received another alignment since it was free for a year and then received the quote for the last tire rod that they said was faulty and the cam kit. Well turns out, after going to get TWO second options to determine what was most cost effective, both places found absolutely NOTHING wrong with my left tire rod and I had a Cam kit that was intact and was indeed not Missing. They originally quoted me $145.00 for the kit including service, but that day when I took it there for the last time, they said that service was not included and it was going to be closer to $180.00. This response was why i went looking for a better deal and second opinion. My last alignment performed on 9/29/2025 shows that as of 10/31/2025 after getting it checked at another professional mechanic company, everything was off as if I never had 3 alignments in the last year, let alone the last 33 days. This caused me to damage my tires and now spending even more money on something that should have never happened. They ruined my tires and when I complained to them they said it was because of my cam kit missing WHICH WAS NEVER MISSING in the first place. Horrible service and cost me an additional $400 to fix their mess up. AS WELL as 5 lug nuts that now need replaced because they screwed the bolts so tight in the back that they are now stripped. I doubt that even the tire rod needed replacing now that I’ve discovered that everything else they said was bs. I will never again use Bell Tire and will be telling others since they have done absolutely nothing to make this right. I have all the documentation needed to show corporate which is being submitted right away.
