Drove over to Belle where we were told they wouldn't do anything as it was a half hour to close. Told it was safe to drive home on, just come back Monday. Hadn't even gotten to Main before the bolt flew out and we now have a total flat. Thanks for nothing!

It must've been someone's first time jacking up a car. My side skirt got pushed out. I replaced two front tires because my passenger side had a blow out. They gave me back my blown out tire and kept the good one for themselves. They also tried to upsell me on an alignment for $175 and say I needed "special aftermarket parts" for my vehicle which is complete utter nonsense. I went somewhere to get an alignment and they didn't replace any suspension components. Selfish employees and owners. Never going back to belle tire again. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else. I will add photos later.

Online pricing estimated about $1,700 after tax and installation, so we booked an 8am appointment for Saturday, Nov. 1st. He arrived early, yet the truck wasn’t finished until 12pm because they were “running behind” — which they said to nearly every customer. Then told us it was going to be $2,100. They claimed he needed new tire pressure sensors because of the larger tires but never disclosed the $80-per-sensor cost beforehand. After driving away, the steering wheel vibrated at anything over 50mph. We scheduled a follow-up on Tuesday, Nov. 4th to have the tires rebalanced, but when we arrived, they tried to charge us again. After refusing to pay since we JUST got the tires, we got the truck back only to find out they had rotated the tires instead of rebalancing them. To top it off, the front desk tech spoke to us like we didn’t know what we were talking about, refused the balance request, and snapped, “Well, we didn’t tell you to get the tires.” Absolutely unprofessional. Now we’re dealing with yet another issue: the tire pressure sensor light shows one tire at 28 PSI, but a manual gauge reads 37 PSI. We tried adding air to reach the recommended 37 PSI, but the machine automatically stopped because the tire was already full. Clearly something wasn’t installed or calibrated correctly. We won’t be returning. We wish we had paid attention to all the other negative reviews — could’ve saved ourselves a lot of time, money, and frustration.
