  Chad lives in a fantasy land. These guys don’t have a certified mechanic in the building and feel like tire changers can charge $150.00 an hour shop labor time!!! They quoted my son to remove over torqued lugs and change a tire. He asked them what they think the most was gonna be. So he left the car home satisfied with a price. Then they call with another price, This price was gonna fix it. Now they call a third time with yet another price!!!! Chad thinks just because his reasons sound good in his head, that the customer should just listen to his “expert” reasons why he can’t do what’s promised the first two times he priced it out. NO “accountability” in Chads vocabulary! Don’t worry Chad we won’t be back ever. But you don’t care about that, as long as you feel empowered and right!

  Brought my girlfriend’s car here for new tires and an alignment. After they replaced the tires they told me that they couldn’t do the alignment as I needed new lower control arms. Well I used to be a mechanic and decided to check for myself. So I took it to the shop I used to work at and checked the control arms myself and they’re fine. No play in them at all and the bushings look fine. Don’t appreciate being given a 1300 quote for something that doesn’t even need done. Thankfully I have the knowledge to check myself, couldn’t imagine if it was someone who didn’t know and trusted them.

  I stopped in right at opening (8:00 a.m.) after getting a flat tire the day before and was immediately greeted by Aiden Booton. I explained the situation and mentioned that I thought all four tires might need to be replaced, as I’m not very knowledgeable about cars. He told me he would take a look and returned within about seven minutes with an honest assessment. Rather than recommending all four tires, he explained that only two needed replacing and clearly walked me through the pricing options available. I truly appreciated his transparency and integrity. The cost was better than I expected, and there was no pressure whatsoever. My vehicle was taken in right away. The wait time matched exactly what he quoted—about an hour and a half—which was completely reasonable and well worth it. I had previously been a regular customer at a competitor down the street, but after this experience, I will be bringing my business to Belle going forward. Aiden’s honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service made a lasting impression. Thank you, Aiden—you’ve earned a loyal customer. Visited on 02/17/2026.

  Scheduled an appointment for 11am to have an alignment done. At 12:30pm asked where we were at with the vehicle. They said it hasn’t even been seen yet. The alignment tech left without saying anything. You would think they would have communicated this with us. Mind you we were sitting in lobby with 2 small children as well. We were told the appointment is like a doctors appointment and doesn’t mean we will be see right away. Not sure what doctors office they go to but it’s not like we walked off the street looking to be seen that moment. If you are behind just say something, set expectations. Horrible customer service. Blaming everyone and everything other than communication.

  Incredibly poor management and mind blowing experience today. I made an appointment and showed up on time for an alignment. I chose to wait in the waiting room with my two young children. After waiting 90 minutes. NINETY MINUTES, I approached th counter to ask for an estimate on time. I was told that my vehicle had not even been pulled in and that the technician left. I asked what the point was of having an appointment. I was told it is like a Dr.’s office and that it was only a “check-in” time. How long were they going to have me sit in the lobby before telling me my car hadn’t been touched yet?!!!!! I will never return and will be emailing and calling management to let them know about this experience.
