He thoughtfully explained the difference between the wipers 😀 and went out in freezing weather to replace my items. We had such a great conversation too. Coming from a commercial account who consistently buys from you guys that’s unacceptable. We dropped a battery off to charge, we come back about 3 hours later to pickup. John takes care of us and INSIST we MUST have a ticket (which we did not receive). He continues to raise his voice saying we MUST show the ticket, we again explain we did not get one. He then continues and says next time bring the ticket, when we AGAIN reiterate that we did not get a ticket. Employee should not continue to instigate to the point where we are going back and forth. Simply unprofessional, lousy manager. Regardless of the situation, there was no need for John to raise his voice at any customer. No need to disrespect anyone, a little understanding can go a long way.

Compared to other autozones where we know them specifically for giving us the wrong parts.. this autozone makes sure we get the parts right as often as possible. They have a great selection for almost anything you would need DIY for a vehicle

The customer service is great at auto zone and the store is always stocked and clean. The gentleman that usually answers the phone at auto zone is very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back whenever I need a part for my car.
