  Extremely rude customer service! I was refused a return and accused of using an item I never used! It was an older, short gentleman with grey hair! How embarrassing and rude!

  Normally I get great service from this store. Called this morning looking for a tool in hopes to finish clutch job. I got Jeremy this morning. I’m as thrilled about the interaction as he was to help in anyway. If you can’t look up prices or assist, don’t answer the phone for a business customer.
