  While this was my first time renting a car, Enterprise’s staff made this process easy and efficient. Justin is an incredible rep and walked me through the whole process. Aside from helping me with the rental, he also is caring and has a great sense of humor. I’m grateful for him and Tyler as they helped me get from point A to point B with as little hassle as possible!

  I've used enterprise before with business, but today when my car died 824mi from home, I found michigan city enterprise to not be able to come pick us up at our hotel, not willing to rent to an out of state license holder without a 2nd form of ID (they said a utility bill, for proof of ID and address) Who carries an electric bill on 1000 mile trips? And, they wouldn't rent to an out of state license holder without the use of credit card (as opposed to debit). And they refused to honor the reservation I made with enterprise corporate. This company does NOT operate as advertised or care about customer service. How do I leave a review of less than zero?

  I use the Michigan city, Indiana location at least once a month and have had an excellent experience every single time. They get you in and out quickly and have quality vehicles available. I am a happy customer and could not ask for anything better. The branch manager Mimi at this location is very professional and makes me a repeat customer.
