First, I pull up at the second door, with all bays empty, and everyone is in the office. They come out of the office and raise door one, and I’m at door two. I have to back up and go to door one. On entering, the employee has the worst hand signals ever. You should not be in customer service if you can't be customer-friendly. The cabin air filter was $55 for a $15 part. Enjoy the last dollar you shall ever see from this consumer.
