It's been 47 days since the purchase and in indiana they have 31 days to surrender title. Avoid this place like the plague. Would give them no stars if I could. I've never had a problem with a dealership like we have had with this one. Very unprofessional and fraudulent practices.

Some places you agree on a price and get to the desk and all of these add-ons pop up on the paperwork--not here. They offer some add-ons if you want them. Your decision. The best general sales manager, Chris R., I have ever dealt with. Our sales lady, Paige K., was like talking with a friend. Really good down-to-earth people here. This dealership is the exception to what many people think about car dealerships. Daughter bought a car and now I know where wife and I will be buying a car from. Thanks Paige, Chris and Graff of Michigan City.

My husband was a bit upset when she said that she tried to get ahold of us to let us know her finance manager left. We were five minutes away when she sent the text. We offered a deal and then some guy comes out from the back and says the car was sold this morning. We were very upset. We left and called the Gaff Toyota in Chesterton who said the vehicle had not been sold. Tiffany from Chesterton said she would call me back. She called the Michigan city location and they told her it had been sold this morning. So she called me back and said it had been sold. Thing is, I have an uncle that works for a dealership and when a car is sold it is marked immediately in the system. Would not recommend them at all. Horrible attitude and customer service. Not to mention lack of responsibility on their part.
