    It’s been 4 times I’ve taken my truck in for a coolant leak. (Every 6 months since I’ve bought it) First time, they can’t find anything, fill the coolant back up and send me on my way. The second time the radiator was replaced under warranty. The third time, nope we can’t find any leaks so we filled it back up, that’ll be $200. The forth time was coolant low again and a check engine light for emissions system and truck going into limp mode, and as always, nope we couldn’t find any leaks, we cleared the codes and nothing came back so we filled the coolant back up and that’ll be $500. Ridiculous

    Service dept and waiting room were clean. Must have been short staffed because I had an appointment for 10am for oil change and tire rotation but didn’t leave till after 12. Truck was still waiting in line at 11. Advisor was friendly and apologized for the wait. A lot of upsells on a vehicle with only 14k miles on it including pricey oil and fuel additives. Overall I still give it 5 stars for the clean friendly environment and the understanding that good help is hard to find these days. Especially on a Saturday.

    There was a clear issue with the vehicle while driving, specifically a squeaking noise coming from the engine bay. Your service advisor stated that the issue could not be replicated, yet immediately after leaving the dealership the noise occurred again — and it continues to happen every time the vehicle is driven. Given how consistent this issue is, it is very hard to believe it could not be reproduced during your inspection. On top of that, the quality of workmanship during the oil change was completely unacceptable. Oil was left on the fender, on the hood, and inside the vehicle — including the glove box and the perforated leather seats. Oil soaking into perforated leather is extremely difficult, if not impossible, to fully remove. This shows a serious lack of care and professionalism. Between the unresolved mechanical issue and the careless handling of our vehicle, this experience falls far below any reasonable standard of service. Because of this, we will no longer be returning for service or purchasing vehicles from your dealership.

    I bought a vehicle here a couple of weeks ago. I will say, the entire staff was nice. However, I had issues and have told myself a 2 star rating was fair for how much I have had to call and be inconvenienced. I was told when I picked up the car it would be cleaned and the tank will be filled up. I told them not to bother to clean the vehicle, because I actually wanted to clean it myself, but yes, please fill the tank up because it was on 'E' when I was test driving it. The vehicle was not filled up when I picked it up, it was less than half a tank. Also, the sales person forgot to give me any paperwork. I have had to call multiple times to get things situated / made right. They did offer me to come back to get gas, but that is also an inconvenience. The last thing I was offered was to fill my tank up and get a receipt and then email or mail the receipt and they will mail me a check. Again, me being inconvenienced and have to waste time to fix it. They should have offered to meet me at a gas station near where it's good for me or offered to mail a gas card or something. I won't even be wasting my time with mailing a receipt. I will take the gas as a loss and move on. I will say, I will not be back to Graff Chevy though and will not recommend it to family / friends. The little inconveniences do add up.

    this dealership is shady ruined my credit told id co sign on a car filling out paperwork to find out that i ended up being the owner didn't know i was the owner and not co sign until bank called me at dealership asking if i am buying a car was told its one in the same did 6 hard inquires and was sold a rust protection for $1500 when found the same on amazon for $100 sold us a kia forte had a free oil change told us it needs new brakes would they have that done before we bought the car. test drove a jeep compass from them didn't have heat and and was allowing to warm up as it was cold out there was a gas smell coming into the vehicle i know i wont buy a car from there again
