These issues prevented me from giving it a full 5-star rating.

The staff were extremely helpful, polite and professional. The time it takes from start to finish is fast and easy and the same goes when returning the vehicle. Whether it was a phone call or in-person the staff was amazing. You don’t often get such great customer service by truly friendly and courteous employees these days. I will definitely use them again if necessary, and I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone.
