Staffs made it absolutely difficult to get into a vehicle i reserved weeks prior to pick up. After they wasted an hour or so out of my day I ended up cancelling and renting from the Portage location where i barely spent 10 minutes. Hats off to the team over at portage for their warm and professional welcome.

Well I paid for 8 days and got 8 days. The woman I dealt with was beyond rude and I will walk before I get a vehicle from them again!

- JDJerry DealDec 6, 20251.0I been renting car for 25 years never once have I had an issue until today the manager or shift manager Mimi Huizar should not be in that position she was overwhelm with the same shift that they have in enterprise every day she had two coworkers which one could have dropped me off at the dealership that was only five minutes away the young coworker James should have her position. He was excellent. and to see that they got signs on the wall that say putting you first is our first priority is a complete lie. Maybe she should’ve read that sign before she started her shift. The regional manager needs to look into how she run a business cause you will be losing customers guarantee is she stay in that position
