What a shame, DISCOUNT TIRE is right next door. If it wasnt for me needing a wheel alignment, i would never go to Belle tire. Terrible customer service not once but atleast 3 different times. Cant lie my initial visit was great and i dont want to give the wrong person credit but i believe his name was william/bill ... anyone else ive encountered were trecherous...geesh

I dropped my tire of since I had a donut on my car and needed to get to work. Came back after work asked if they could put my tire back on my car and was told "yeah if you to wait a couple hours" I am sorry someone couldn't have taken maybe 10 minutes to put my tired back on my car for and not to mention I bought a sensor which has to be relearned to my car unfortunately I did not know that until I got home and thankfully my husband had to tool to do that. After all this lovely service while my husband and I were at home putting my tire on we found 3 brand new scratches on my rim.

When I ask the manager (JERRY MCVAY) why? He said he only had 1tech. There were plenty of technicians I could see.anyway he told me I would have to wait another 2 hours. I ask why didn't you just tell me that in the first place. Nothing! Not even a apology. If you don't want to waste your time don't go here. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Tire discount is right next door, they got me in and out fast.
